    Bentinho Massaro has a distinct way of getting to the bottom of the old stories to be free from them. His clear way of communicating these deep teachings allows for everyone to benefit and become present to awareness in their daily lives. "From Form to Formlessness" was a powerfully effective meditation to begin practicing the shift towards perceiving what's always already present. An excellent practice of seeing everything as life and as pure awareness.
