For me the key for a product like this is it has to be simple and effective. For meditation instructions I like them simple not too involved, the whole point is to let go and let the mind relax. I can attest that this CD does the job beautifully.

I tend to worry--most of the time for little things--and I got aware that worrying comes from not being in the present moment, having the mind wonder into the future.
