I can't wait to hear this song blasting from speakers at the PRIDE parade in Chicago this year. Donna has been an inspiration for generations of Gay men, which is a gift from God. She did not hide her light.

on iTunes yet... but there are a few mixed gems so look out for them!
There are great remixes by Escape Coluccio, Ranny, Jason Nevins,
and Granite & Sugarman out there. Go find them somewhere else
since iTunes is often so behind the times.

Well, it's official, the Summer drought is over! Let the Summer flood drench out the dry hole that has been called American Pop Music of late. When I first heard a clip of this song, it immediately took me back to a time when the anticipation of a new Donna Summer song was matched with pure and utter satisfaction. Not since I heard She Works Hard For The Money and This Time I Know it's For Real have I felt such excitement that a song had HIT written all over it. Co-written by Donna, Danielle Brisebois, & Greg Kurstin, the lyrics are motivational, positive, relatable, and fun. The beat is fresh and the vocals are amazing. It's a song for the masses, young & old. If this song does not catch fire, then the state of American Pop Music has truly perished. With a new album Crayons and an extensive tour, this will indeed be the SUMMER OF DONNA!!
