Parasite - Single

I'm a big Volbeat fan, but this song title is so appropriate and rather ironic :-( 30-second song....REALLY??

At first I saw the run time and thought it’s not gonna be good, but I remembered “Slaytan” and how great of art that was. Parasite was like Slaytan, but there was lyrics throughout the song. I see this as a song that you could use to practice whenever you’re with your fellow band mates, you know? A song that’s, not only catchy, but something to test sound on amps, and test if the instruments are in shape. I love this song. Keep up the creativity. This is why Volbeat is my favorite band of all time, hands down!

I repeat, is this a joke?

For all of you posting that the problem is the short run time, either pay attention to that before you buy the single or buy the album. The song is fun and catchy as hell!

Whether new Volbeat or old Volbeat, I love this band. BUT Nobody should pay for a song thirty-eight seconds long. It should've been a bonus track on the deluxe version. For cryin out loud, U2 and Foo Fighters have given us entire albums for free!! That would've been an awesome PR move on Volbeat's part. (but...I still love these guys)

Why make a “song” that is 38 seconds long? It would be a really good song if it didn’t end a few seconds after it started! Seriously, just listen to the 30 second sample, it’s basically the entire song!!!

They’re not the same band anymore.

I love the band. Hate that they would RIP OFF their fans with this 37 seconds of a “song”. Put it on a album and make it Album Only.

I understand why everyone’s mad, but you can subscribe to Apple Music and stream and download pretty much any music you want for 10 bucks a month.

So... if you preview the song, you’ve listened to the whole thing....
