Such beautiful music, I'm in love with this album!

With Low's fall tour looming, I eagerly checked tour dates for the North East. Playing in my state, they are! Next question, do I bother to show up for the opening act. Andy Is the opener. Having never heard him before I came to ITunes to check out his stuff. 5 days later and I've listed to this album at least 20-30 times. How beautiful, how brilliantly dark, how perfect! Other than "The Man Onstage" which for whatever reason I just don't like so much, this album is jaw dropping from start to finish. My heart hurts, my goosebumps goose, my ears thank me, and everyone I've shared it with feels the same. Not sine Low and Pedro The Lion toured together way back on the Trust tour, have I been this amped to see a show... Okay, there was that one time when Jeremy Enigk and Damien Jurado toured together... But honestly, really, truly do yourself a favor and get this album! Oh, and the clarinets... The deal sealer! Well done Andy! I can't wait to see you play.

Masterpiece.

I am so glad that I stumbled upon Andy's work. The soothing sound of his voice and the lyrics in his songs, I can't stop listening! I hope more people discover his music and fall in love with it as I did.

Just saw Andy Shauf at SXSW and immediately bought this record. He was great live and this album definitely delivers the same melancholic vibe that his live performance gave off. Great purchase ! 👌

This artist must be inspired by Elliott Smith, as the vocals and melancholy feel definitely put me in the same mood. Excellent, and eager to hear more.

This is an absolutely incredible record by maybe the best under appreciated songwriter in North America.
