I love this album, there are so many varied tracks and sounds to choose from, but each of them helps me relax and calm the mind. The stream sounds are my absolute favorites. The whole album is great for listening while falling asleep, relaxing or reading, I couldn't reccomend it more!

I always liked the sound of nature. This album takes me away from the chaos of the city to remote and peaceful areas of the world. I live very far from the ocean but the ocean wave sounds makes me think I am aready there.
