Okay, first of all, great album, awesome beat, lyrics, and flow. But they shouldn't make a song explicit just because it said the A word once, the last track with the hidden song, yeah, Explicit lyrics, but not the others. Most songs on this album don't have Explicit lyrics, some are actually good Inspirational songs if you enjoy Christian music like tobyMac and Relient K and those guys. Give this album a chance.

I think too many people miss the point with Uncle Kracker. It's not about every song being able to be "radio-ready", it's about stretching music boundaries and making music that is both "feel-able" and different. Whether he ever turns into a music icon or not is unimportant compared to the fact the he is willing to stretch himself and mix genres within songs to create a truly unique audio experience. I think his talent is severely under-rated and this CD is definitely a top-tier CD. Listen to all the songs, then go back and listen to "I Don't Know" and "Letters To My Daughters" -- the real-ness in the songs makes them twice as nice. And remember... talent trumps all.
