sorry, but I've been a yoruba (lucumi, and now traditional yoruba) religious practitioner and musician for most of my life. The Yoruba songs on here (yemaya, oshun) are sachrine sweet, elevator music versions of what is amazing and powerful religious music (nothing to do with kwanzaa at all, but Traditional/Indigenous Yoruba religion). I can't speak for the music of other traditions, but those songs were a huge disappointment (kind of like hearing an opera rendition of a rolling stones song). If you want to hear real Orisha music, get lucumi (afrocuban) music from the likes of lazaro ros, franciso aguabella or the Abillona series, or traditional Yoruba Orisha music from the album Isheshe l'agba . Pass on this unless you want watered down light rock...
