She needed something to do with the rest of the recording time. She didn't want to waste it.
As for the song itself, yes the beat drowns her lack of voice out, and it's very autotuned, but she wasn't looking to win Grammys. Of course it's horribly written. She's not a lyricist, but the chorus is catchy and the tune gets stuck in your head. I know it does for me.
I rate this 3/5 because even though it's an autotuned slap of pop music, it's appealing to a club/dance age, not a group of listeners that want lyricism. They just want a jam to twerk to.

This song has me dancing in the tanning bed. If your wanting to move your body, buy Heidi's music. There isn't one of her songs that don't have you moving.
