What a beautiful album. I have always loved the title song of this release. (Just found another version on Sarah Partridge's "Perspective" CD.) Monheit is refreshing and romantic. "Dindi" is another favorite.

A beautiful instrument. Seems to be more product than raw passion and talent. Very calculated. She needs to pay more attention to the lyrics as written. She has an annoying habit of changing the words to classic popular song on a whim....she's not THAT good.....

A young voice that's full of promise yet she delivers beautifully smooth and nuanced versions of familiar songs. She has a rich sound, a sound that delivers the aching promise of melancholy music. If you listen to Diana Krall, Jane complements with her own style. I'm fond of this album's "More Than You Know". Each time I play it, I easily imagine her in a solo soft spot light, wowing a small jazz club. Her career will only get better and in future efforts I'm certain her music will always leave the listening wanting more.
