pretty good solo effort by 40 cal. dipset hasn't been the same lately, so its refreshing to hear a full album by one of the diplomats. 'Mooga' isn't quite as a raw or lyrically witty as his previous releases, like 'broken safety' and 'Trigger happy'. some of the songs and lyrics get old, like "shooters on deck" or "spit how i live it". but 40 cal is still a good artist tho. the best tracks are:

-Memories
-Grown man bills
-Cuarenta

40 Cal is the least talented besides Cam'ron from Dipset... I rather waste my money buying JR Writer's albums.. he is the best one out of all of them.

Good album good lyrics good beat, bad marketing. I didnt even know this album was out till yesterday or that he was even coming out with an album. What is the single off this why isnt on the radio? Dip Set come on yall go hard!!! Do a better job of getting marketing the artist and album.

40 Cal was always the lyrical gem of Dipset. His tracks always had some of the best beats. Dont sleep on this artist, he has true hip hop skill. If you have to listen to a few tracks first before buyin the album, download Shooters on Deck and On My Sh*t.
