This album is incredibly magical, almost otherworldly at points. There is a clear club/dj influence on several tracks-while others are clear, twinkling, and fresh. Bishi's album is more incredible each listen, as the elements settle into your ears-you come closer and closer to her intentions & visions. Beautifully layered, warm yet crystalline- a continuous ethereal journey with several grounding moments to touch down and have a look around yourself.

I saw Bishi at the Metro in Chicago in October of 2007. She was opening for Patrick Wolfe I think. and she.was.amazing. Her voice was just so different than anything I had ever heard. On My Own Again is definately my fav. Her whole album is so similar but different!! Definatelyworth it!
