What a wonderful concept by Tom Hanks. Find some actors with some musical aptitude, spend 6 months cramming music into them and produce a movie about a 1960's garage band. The tunes are certainly symbolic of the period and have a great hit sound. Watch the movie, dig the music. Thank you, Tom Hanks!

Who knew Tom Hanks was so multi-talented the only thing he didn't do was sing in this movie he wrote it produced the same with the music i still love this movie

I have a CD that I've worn out from overuse, and the music is fantastic. Definitely a mood lifter.

Great movie and greater soundtrack. Light music that makes you want to sing along. Can't beat it!!!
