Ver a otra Artista caer en la música del Reggaeton es lo peor, la cual hacía buenas canciones que tenían sentido... Ya perdimos a Paty Cantú :(

Cantú once again shows why she's one of the top artists in Latin Pop today with #333". Her songwriting is always genuine and clever and her vocals sound stronger than ever. She experiments with quite a few different genre's on the album. We hear some Cumbia with "Mariposas", Reggeaton on "#Natural", Trap music on "Miento" (An unexpected and brilliant collaboration with Jesse Baez) and Electronic on "You Don't Get Me". If you were hoping for artistic growth, you got it. The remaining new cuts: "Vete", "Vuelve a Respirar", "Cuervo" & "Si Tu No Lo Dices" are the more straight up Latin pop sound that Paty does best. My only complaint is that although their are 16 tracks, only half of the album is actual new material. The other half is simply new, live versions of her older hits. And 3 of the cuts ("Amor, Amor, Amor", "Valiente" & "Rompo Contigo") are the exact same versions that have already been released. They are great songs, but if you're a fan, you've already had them for years. Granted, the new live versions are very creative ("Déjame Ir" with Pablo López is particular great), but I would have much preferred an album filled with soley new songs. Overall, I'd say that Paty's last album, "Corazón Bipolar", is a much more cohesive work, but "#333" is still a totally solid effort from one of today's most talented latin artists.
