I see so many stupid comments most uncalled. The ignorance of so many on here. He speaks the truth & that's probably why so many are hating on him. This song addresses so many things that are going on and the reality parents face along with the rest of the public.

Too bad, sounds a bit auto tuned... ๐Ÿ˜ข other then that, great song! ๐Ÿ˜Š To be honest, it's extremely irritating when people say "omg, he's just singing about like the same thing all the time. Go away" well guess what? So do all other rappers and singers ๐Ÿ˜‚ it's just like how some rappers sing about weed, money, sex, and parting all the time. if you say stuff like "he sings the same things all the time" or "go away" or agree with that, you should be the one who should go away. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Let the man sing about meaningful things that he is passionate about.

Songs like this are important. He talks about the tough subjects so many other people are scared to address. The people hating on a song like this are the ones who need to hear it the most.

Thank you Macklemore. Thank you for writing a song that perfectly describes the disillusion we all felt on Wednesday morning. I am the girl you mention, waking up to see a glass ceiling still above me. I too tried to capture the feelings of Wednesday morning with writing as hopefully someday, we will read the words we wrote on 11/9/16, hear this song and we will scoff at how different it was. I hope I live to see a woman president. I hope I live to see a more peaceful nation. I hope and I believe. Thank you for your resilience. We will survive to be stronger. Hope.
