Underrated. “Caught Somewhere in Time”, “Wasted Years”, “Stranger in a Strange land”, “Deja Vu”, and “Alexander....” are standouts.

This entire album is as good now (Remastered) as it was when it was released in 1986. Bruce Dickenson's vocals are strong and powerful! Wasted Years, Somewhere in Time, Alexander the Great are some of my all time favorites.

I often hear non-metalists and early listeners dislike this album, but it’s a personal favorite of mine. My only dislike (not of the album) is that the tour for Caught Somewhere in Time wasn’t released on streaming platforms. Maiden take my money! I think the hate comes from the fact that Bruce was burned out from the Live After Death tour and couldn’t write lyrics, but Maiden did an excellent job in filling that gap. Absolutely phenomenal job on this one. Up the Irons!

If you’ve heard this album years ago or just listened recently you will be transported to To one of the best Iron Maiden trips. Between the album art and the music you will be bouncing from the future, the past and whatever the present is. This album to me was the best maiden album. The sound was still maiden mixed with synth guitars and outrageous lyrics. This is one of rocks masterpieces. I am surprised to not see more reviews but Few people nowadays support real music and musicians. They’re probably reviewing Beyoncé....

This will always be my favorite album. It holds a special place in my heart. The addition of guitar synth was just brilliant. Technical writing and playing. I love Maiden, but this is my favorite!
