Strange & Beautiful

Aldous Huxley writes an imbedded darkness into all of her lyrics -- the undercurrent of doom that moves across old fairy tales. She's a storyteller and her stories never bore. Her vocals seem experimental, like through each song she reveals a different character. I highly recommend this album, and I'm frankly surprised that I'm -- so far -- the only one to do so.
