I don’t mean to take away from the majesty of “I Saw the Light” or “Hello It’s Me”, but does anyone else think the foot he’s sitting on looks like his penis? Great album. Recommend the buy!

This is what songwriting is all about. Been listening to him since Nazz. Great.

I realize there are many great musicians who don’t crank out “hits”. Rundgren had one good song that happened to be a hit on the radio. The rest of the songs in this collection would not inspire people to listen to other Rundgren albums. Just not very memorable tunes. I do like Hello It’s Me, though.

You'll thank yourself endlessly if instead of this album, you purchased Something/Anything and A Wizard, A True Star. You will then want more, so you'll buy Hermit of Mink Hollow and Acapella. There are another 4 albums you will want to have. Don't stop herself from being happy!

OK - Todd and Utopia were scheduled to play a concert in Chicago on New Years Eve back in the 70's. There was a snowstorm and they couldn't make it - the show was postponed for a week. When they came back, the band and everyone in the venue celebrated New Year's all over again. It was so much more than an incredible evening. The house was crazy!!! The music was just as tremendous as everyone expected and the spirit of the evening took it to another level. Todd really is a musical genius.

This set is just ok. If you want the real very best of Tod, pick up Something/Anythins. A true masterpiece.
