I was a deprived boy in Iran with no ability to have Bob Seger&Metallica songs except some of them.but now when I playa and singing them for my son he understand Why they,re his father Legends.

The Metallica cover is better than the Seeger original because it's much more intense. Hard to imagine any Bob Seeger song being like that on its own. On top of that, it's arguably Metallica's best song ever, because its much melodic and soulful than any of their own stuff. The video address's a whole new set of serious issues which has little in common with the lyrics of the song- and its also intense and serious in a unique way. Who says metal can't be serious?

I've loved Bob Seger since I was a little girl, about 4 years old. I have also loved Metallica since a young age. I'm 15 now and I can't believe none of my friends told me about this cover. It's so great and makes me so happy to know my favorite artists appreciate each other. Beautiful cover and video❤️

I love this song and would reccomend it to any fan of the band. the song really stands out to me because it's a reminder of all of the stuff i've been through in my life. I'm not complaining but it's a reminder of what I had to go through . I really like the original version of this song too so I'll take either version of the song.
