Fit Grandpa Best

My grandfather passed away and I remembered this song. He always loved Dolly Parton and country, so this song made the best of both to play at his funeral. He was old and fought in the Wars and it was just his time. We knew he was suffering and this song said just the right words; that he was in a better place. Once my family heard the song, they knew it too, and even the priest stopped a moment and told everyone that he really had no more to say that song said it all. It is a sad song, but it also reminds me that he is in no more pain and one day I will see him again.

Not a fan of Brad Paisley, but a big fan of Dolly Parton. Anything she touches is gold as is this song. I also do not purchase a lot of music videos but this one is well worth it.

I heard this song on the way home one night and it just took ahold of me. I rolled down the windows and let the wind blow through my hair thinking about the words when I get where I'm going. I Love Dolly Parton back up vocals it gives the song just the right touch against Brad voice
Love this song

My grandpa passed away about two weeks ago and when we sprinkled his ashes, someone played this song. I don't really care for country but this song realates to my grandpa a lot. I loved him so much and I live 10 hours away from him so it was hard when we heard the news.
I love you Grandpa, when I see you again there will be only happy tears!

I lost my grandmother a few months ago and was sitting in an airport when this popped onto my IPod. I keep listening to this song thinking of her. I miss her and this song is the most fitting one I've ever heard for this. She was one of my best friends and I miss her desperately. I'm fortunate to have had her iin my life for almost 40 years!!

By best movie ever!
A couple days ago our beloved band directer pass away because of cancer and today was the first day back from spring break and it was really hard not seeing him there... So a band dad called in to a country station to talk about what a great man he was and how many people he touched in his 30 years of directing. They then chose this song and it fit the moment and what everyone was going through perfectly. Even though every one in the room ( dozens of faculty and some almost 300 band members including myself) were balling our eyes out, it was absolutely wonderful. this definitely one of my favorite songs<3
We will play our loudest every time so you can hear us even in heaven. <3
you will be forever in our hearts and minds. We love you bob Spiegelman!
Rest. In. Peace.
