Bjork's video for Dull Flame of Desire is certainly an unexpected interpretation of the song. It cycles through three entrancing stages, each with their own unique filming style, the result of Bjork's selection of three different directors from entrants for her previous "Innocence" video competition. Although it is slightly muddled and definitely looks like three different people created it, it is still as captivating to watch as it is to listen to the song. My personal favorite part is the middle. It looks like an animated charcoal drawing. Very unique, but I must say, not for everyone. Bravo!
