My favorite by Frank Wildhorn. No, this does NOT have Rex on this album. It’s the original cast, just in the final broadway format, but there ARE two bonus songs, which is awesome! Love, love, love this show!!!

While this album is titled to be the Encore album, IT IS NOT!! The versions of Storybook and Falcon in the Dive are the OBC recordings, not the new ones by Rachel York and Rex Smith. This is a problem because it is false advertisement, iTunes and Apple really need to FIX THIS.
Different from physical CD

I have both the Broadway and Encore versions on physical CDs and love the differences in both. However, listening to the Encore samples o. iTunes, it is not the same as my physical CD, they have just brought over the songs from the original Broadway. If you want the different versions (and some are really excellent), buy the actual CD! It would get 5 stars.

A couple of weeks ago I went to the play The Scarlet Pimpernel (Musical). I had a great time watching and listening to it. So I had to by the sound track of it.
I am enjoying the music now, at home and in the car.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase this CD from Itunes...The Encore version is suppose to have Rachel York and Rex Smith, but unfortunately it is not..this is just a repeat of the original broadway CD

i was looking for i'll forget you(at the suggestion of my voice teacher) bcos it wasn't on my recording of pimpernel and i came across this one. While it has i'll forget you, i would have to say if itunes advertised it as having the other singers fine they are wrong but terence mann is an amazing singer as is douglas sills!! get the original soundtrack then come back and buy i'll forget you......it's way better and has more songs on it!

Frank Wildhorn is one of my greatest idols who I ook to when writing a show. I do enjoy this show more than I enjoy Jekyll & Hyde. She Was There is an amazing song. As is Prayer, Falcon In The Dive, The Riddle, I'll Forget You and Into the Fire.
