I play this album everytime I'm studying and it helps me focus more than any other instrumental album. I prefer it over all others.

I love this record. I used to listen to it with my head between the speakers on the floor in college. Maybe now it’s partly nostalgia but I still love this record just as much.

Fun and pleasing. Very creative.
I'm addicted to,When It Rains and Dear Prudence, but I have no problem listening to the whole album over and over.

Mehldau is one of today's most talented artists who's never afraid to try new things. That said, even the giants of jazz sometimes make mistakes. If you're new to Mehldau's music stay clear of this album untill you've heard his other efforts. This is not the best he's done and I wouldn't want anyone to be turned away from this amazing pianist.
