Gary Moore carried the torch of the throw-down blues players and has his own, but faithful take on many classic songs. This tribute to Peter Green shows Gary's deep respect for one of the 60's greatest players. If you haven't heard Greeny's stuff yet, check it out. When Clapton left John Mayall's band, the executives at the label were very concerned. Mayall said, "Don't worry. Peter Green is better! Ok Maybe not 'better', but just as good." His peak didn't last decades like EC's, but in his prime, he was amazing. Who will play Blues for Gary ? You are missed.
