Amazing.... one of the best "best ofs"... However, it wud be perfect w/ Luna!

This is my first foray into the Pumpkins. Yes, I've heard some of these songs on the radio, but I figured I would properly introduce myself to this band with this album. I must say, James Iha is the star for me. Yes, Corgan is a great songwriter and singer, but the breadth of Iha's skill is impressive. He can basically do anything you could possibly want with a guitar. Lead, rhythm, counter-melodies, shredding, solos, industrial-esque noise, acoustic, et al. I was blown away by how good he sounded on so many different types of songs.

Possibly one of the greatest albums ever made...this will make newbies into hardcore smashing pumpkins fans...well worth the money
