This is one blues album that I come back to OVER AND OVER. It's beyond awesome and you have to get it now. I just noticed the price - $5.99 - are you insane!? 🤣 Believe me, you'll listen to this album over and over. Plus it's great at parties, people eat it up!! If I had to choose one blues album to take to a deserted island 🌴 this one would be it!!!!

  • Problem with Mastering - Digital Skips

This is a GREAT B.B. King album. I thought my original CD copy was scratched, so I bought the iTunes album. Now I know there must be a problem with the mastering. There are digital "skips" throughout the digital downloads as well. The only drawback of this excellent album.

Tight band and his voice is so classic and great! A nice addition to my blues collection.

A certain website rated this 3/5. I dunno what the standards are, as this was recommended to me by a connoisseur as the best latter day B.B.

It is pure B.B. playing his guitar Lucille. Every tune is fun and bluesy. Although he does not have that tenor voice of his younger years, he was 73 when this was released, his singing is still great and soulful. His guitar playing is wonderful. The lyrics of the song are the essence of blues. In short you will really like this album. It has to be the best value on ITunes. Get it before they raise the price! BTW, definitely check out his earlier stuff.

This is my first blues/jazz album ever in my life, and I'm now addictd to BB King's music. I've bought two of his albums, and they've been playing nonstop. This is a must have album if your a blues fan!

This is my first album of B.B. King without any other person (my first with him was Riding With The King -- which was with Eric Clapton) and this is absolutely amazing. Everything about this CD is great. From the guitar to the piano to the vocals, this album is a masterpiece. Every song is a winner. Buy it all.
  • You've gotta hear this!

If it were possible, I'd give this album 6 stars! Every song is a winner. Really, it's THAT GOOD. The bass on this album is ultra deep, powerful, and oh so satisfying...Got a kickin' subwoofer? This masterwork will shake the walls, floor, window, and everything not nailed down. You'll be evicted from your condo for sure! It simply cannot be listened to at low volume!!!
