Okay.
Listening to it now, it sounds very similar to "Glad You Came" by The Wanted through both the music and the lyrics. It also sounds like "#1 Night" by Cobra Starship. I like both of these songs, and I even kinda like "Here With You", but I'm going to spend my money on something I don't already have.

Asher Monroe seems like a nice guy, don't get me wrong - but this song really isn't anything special. It has a catchy tune, rather similar to the Wanted's "Glad You Came," and is worthy of a few replays, but besides that, I don't see much potential for it. I feel like the producers and writers were trying too hard to come up with a mainstream hit. Asher needs to be a little more original - well, original enough for a pop singer (excuse my French, Lady GaGa fans) - and put more passion in his singing. The auto-tune and pitch perfectness of this song irritates me.
If you're looking for a dance-track, look elsewhere. The bass and beat of "Here With You" isn't fast nor loud enough to be infectious. If you're looking for a silly song to sing in the shower to, you've found it.
