#1 in the Desensitization of God project.
I wonder if ppl have noticed the amount of blatant blasphemy that used to be avoided in songs...now rappers are more bold, this song, Kanye Wests new album has a few from Mercy's hook, to New God Flow, DJ Khaled did I'm So Blessed...I caution ppl to not just hear a tight beat and a few good lyrics...listen to what ur listening to, how much money did they buy him out to make a statement usually reserved for church, to put that in the same context with, I'm gonna f#k a trick after the club...Amen. I mean...really?!?! Please be aware of whats happening in the media, and be aware of what ur listening to, because through music ...trends start. Children absorb it first...remember that.
Negative comments, if you don't like hip-hop.... STOP BUYING IT
I like the song. The instumentals are great. And people should really stopping commenting on music they don't like. If you hate it so much, why did you buy the song?
You have to realize something folks….this is not and SHOULD NOT be considered as Hip Hop. This is mainstream rap. Real Hip Hop can be represented by artists like Rakim, KRS-One, Tupac, and Raekwon just to name a few. Songs like these are not meant to be lyrical or have meaning they are just meant for mainstream consumption (to be played on radio or MTV). This is purely entertainment/party rap if you want the real deal you have to do some searching. I personally do not listen to radio anymore because you only hear Nicki, Drake, Ross, and Waka every other song.
Disrespecting the church; you all better realize what these boys are actually putting out there for you to absorb...catchy tune though.
