  • Great for Cross-Training

I needed something to keep my heart rate at a good pace with my trainer, Shaun T, and his Insanity Max :30. This is great for that. Fun songs. People who lift should be listening to metal and stop whining about workout albums that don't fit their genre. If you have to figure out what music to play during strength workouts, you need to hide yourself from the world cuz you're a poser bodybuilder. Shut up and play 5FDP or something. I do both strength and cardio. Stop hatin' on these happy remixes.

Where else can you get 35 songs for $11.99. Yes, these are cover artists, but sound good nevertheless.

I loved this workout mix so much I came back to buy Vol 1. Love the remixes and that the songs are upbeat regardless of what the original sounded like!

Go buy the original songs and stop wasting you money on this. If you don't want them to curse in the song buy the clean version.
