I think I have just heard one of the best instrumental albums ever! Whoa... just absolutely amazing stuff right here!

Another Gem by the man under the bucket. I've only been a fan for a year. But he has blown me away. I've played guitar for 20+ yrs and this guy has redefined guitar for me. Vai did it in the 80's and BH did it in 2011. One of the many things I really like about his work depending on the day or the emotion I'm going through there is an album that covers it. BH one amazing guitar hero!

As a sequel to Electric Tears, I think this album is a bit underwhelming. If you are fan of Buckethead's softer stuff, this album is a must have (just know that it is not as strong as Electric Tears).

I love how despite having no lyrics in his music, you can always tell what type of mood he is in by his album releases. They're all so conceptual and central themed. Electric Sea proves that Buckethead is still a virtuoso of the acoustic and capable of blending classical and experimental music seemlessly. Melodic, pleasing, and calming. Stressed out? Listen to this and you will literally feel your blood pressure lower immediately. Buckethead is a Sea of creativity.

I hadn't lisitened to his music since his beginning, simply because I did not hear of him untill the first guitar hero game of all ways. Somtime after that, I slowly delved into his library of music, and found it hard to look back. The music he makes says quite alot to me without words, or at the very least paints quite a picture, but I have always had an affinity to instrumental music. Initialy he may have focused towards a particular image befitting his image and rumored skill, but simly then and even more so now, his music has such depth that I am hypnotized by his music. I am left wondering what his futeure releases may be like, with a musical anthusiasm I haven't quited felt in over fifteen years. As far as this album, expect the polish from Decoding the tomb of the bansheebot, compared to some past albums, but like the previous album listed, a slower, and acoustic tone, explorative, curious, and brimming with quality.

This album is a must have! I say this as a music fan and not only a Buckethead fan. One of the greatest displays of guitar tallent to date. A blend of accoustic and electric layers with Spanish and classical influences that can only be composed by an artist as tallented as Buckethead.

I do not think there is as confident and skilled guitarist as Buckethead. He commands a room, a concert, an album, a video and more... He is FEARLESS and is not afraid to put his music down, no matter what people think. This album is soothing and very melodic and shows his skills off very well. It is a welcome addition to my BH library and calms me down after a tough day. Thanks BH. And people please support him always - he is a true Amercian treasure that people will one day realize
