I am so glad he is country now I really don't like his pop songs because I hate pop and rap and jazz I only like country

I got this when it first came out in 2002 and I've been listening to it since then! It's better than any of his country albums!!!

I'm a huge Darius fan. I loved His Hootie years, followed himt o his experiment with country, and really loved this foray into neo-soul. Smooth voice, mellow duet with Jill Scott, and I was hooked. Wild One has become my them song. This was his only dip into this genre before he excelled in his first love, Country music. One of the best voices out here.

Isn't that what Vice President Biden said about President Obama? Regardless, this was an excellent, under rated effort by Darius Rucker. I really wish we could have seen more of this R & B Incarnation of his career, because I think he would have caught and had Kem-like success. The chances of that at this point are slim to none with his success in country, but he remains one of the most compelling voices in music. Highlights of the album are the beautiful duet with Jill Scott "Sometimes I Wonder", "Exodus", and "This is My World". The Snoop cameo on Sleeping in My Bed was bizarre, but it doesn't detract from a solid album.
  • Disappointment.

I absolutely loved his first solo country album. This one was a huge disappointment. I guess he decided country wasn't for him because half the songs aren't country. I didn't like the sound at all. Be sure to preview!!
