Best Album First Aid Kit ever made even in 2019.

These two sisters are incredibly talented. Their song writing and musical harmonies are far beyond their years.

I purchased "The BIg Black and the Blue" in 2010 after hearing "Ghost Town" and their cover of "When I Grow Up". I loved the album, but it kind of faded into the background. It wasn't until REM posted FAK's cover of "Walk Unafraid" that I searched them out again. I bought "Stay Gold", and then backed up to 2012's "The Lion's Roar". I've never heard anything like this album. I read a one star review where the individual said they are pretty sure that anyone who likes this music is completely pretentious. That statement is actually pretentious in itself. Anyone who loves this music has a soul that loves music that matters...oh, sorry, did that sound pretentious? It's actually very sincere.

I was not familiar with First Aid Kit and just stumbled upon them, this is like a real throwback to the golden years of singer-songwriter music of the early 70s. To listen to this Swedish duo, you would believe you were in some dive in Los Angeles circa 1972, listening to these talents give us wonderful music. FOr anyone who has botched and moaned about the current state of music, give First Aid Kit a listen. It is music for the soul!

This is the type of music that makes me happy. I listen to a lot of stuff but this is the most relaxing and beautiful music I have ever heard. Love these girls.
