I bought this track before a half marathon, hoping for some good music. I couldn't get past track three, not recommended for running!
  • Just bad

This is terrible. This isn't dub step and it is so slow I don't know how anyone could workout to this, let alone run. Just take this off iTunes. It's laughable.
  • Not the best music choice for running

Dubstep is great for clubs, but it averages about 140 BPM and doesn't have a straightforward, nonstop beat. For over 100 *free* nonstop mixes -- fixed-beat, interval, ramp, staircase, and more -- check out the Podrunner podcast. Full disclosure: I produce Podrunner.

How is this called dubstep, and how do you run to it? Real dubstep is a whole lot more helpful.

This music works perfectly for what I am looking for. I want something that helps me slowly work my way up to running. I always try to run to a beat. None of my music went in ascending order like this does. The songs start off as a slow jog pace and work up to a run. Some may not like. But for beginners like myself, it's perfect!!

This is one of the best downloads for running or exercising, it has awesome and motivating music, it works great, get it!
  • Good mood music for normal folks

The tempo is good, but not the fastest out there, which makes it good for non-uber athletes or people looking to step up their fitness for the first time. The bass lines put you into a powerful mood that fills you with the motivation to take charge of your life and be an active decision maker. The constantly-changing riffs keep it fresh and helps sustain your motivation.
  • This is not running music!
