You have a second chance to hear one of the best pop vocalist of the early sixties--when "girl groups" were leading the charts in air play. Dionne Warwick set a standard which many tried to emulate. She gave the best rendition of the tunes that songwriters and producers Bacharach/David could create. If you were there in the early sixties, you must remember these; and if you weren't there, this album will let you hear what it was like. "Make Way for Dionne Warwick" introduced her to the listening public and she followed it with "Anyone Who Had A Heart," two enjoyably great albums! And many more were to follow.
