Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops were a staple of my childhood. Every year, we'd slap this and a couple other seasonal records onto the record player and decorate the tree. As a young adult, I purchased my own cassette version, which is now getting rather worn out. This album is a true sentimental favorite. I cannot hear it without imagining the smell of fresh Christmas tree. If you are looking for a good, straightforward Christmas album, I'd say this is a pretty good bet.
