I recently found out about They Might Be Gaints last year my dad was playing Istanbul all the time last year and Istanbul is now my favorite song out of this whole album no matter what happened last year my dad always played Istanbul like this year 2020 no matter what happens this year I’ll always play Dancing In The Moonlight by King Harvest so my dad both have particular songs we like now guys I would recommend just buying Istanbul singly because I haven’t heard any of the other songs before neither has my dad this band has good taste they are such a great band sure the whole album is worth the buy but only buy Istanbul because Istanbul just has catchy lyrics anyway peace out!

There is a reason this album only has one bad review. Yes, the lyrics don't make sense in some songs, but overall they are very creative and clever songs.

The rest of the songs are also good, though some are kind of lackluster. All that the other review said about a monkey being able to write better lyrics is a laughable exaggeration. Some of us are able to appreciate silliness and humor. If you can't, I don't see why you should rant about it in the reviews. The songs are creative, catchy, and just plain fun. Seriously, buy the album.

I have had this album for years...but what actually brought me to this album was the Tiny Toon Adventure episode with the music videos...Partical Man and Istanbul. Upon finally finding the correct album, because the internet was not around back then...I was hooked. Do you know how many countless music stores I had to get my parents to take me to just to find one that sold a They Might Be Giants album, let alone Flood. This is a great album for kids and adults and really anyone who cant take themselves too seriously...
