After years of listening to these delicate morsels pounded out on a concert grand piano by the like of Gould, Perahia & Richter, it is very refreshing to her them sung by the delicate voice of the harpsichord. I also have the Goldberg Variations by this same artist; she reminds me of Landowska and Marlowe. I personally feel these readings are closer to what Bach was trying to say. The price is unbeatable. This is a good place to start experiencing the beauty of Bach keyboard works and it should satisfy the the more seasoned listeners as well. A definite keeper.
