this album is the final La Ley album before their hiatus<<<<(hope i wrote that correctly LOL) ...anyway, this album is a complete let down, the band decided to go away from their signature hooks and expiramental ways, instead opted for a "SAFE" album, they virtually made an album that could be played on the radio from the first track to the last, but unfortunately this didnt work for them the way they wanted to. it sounds more like a beto cuevas solo album, its disappointing to see a great talent like this go to waste, the remaining 3 members are quite talented this in spite of them being from a country not know for producing great musical acts such as their neighboring countries like Argentina and uruguay... but on a good note, La Ley do plan on reuniting, they are all in good standing as apperant on their farewell concert in which all members played together. on a personal note i hope their next album includes their former bassist absent from this album, the band has been a let down without him really. in regards to this album, i do recommend one song "Mi Ley" to me its the only shining moment of this album, an acoustic ballad with some pretty catchy vocals from Beto cuevas. i like the fact that La Ley really pushed their music on previous releases, every album is different, but really this album is basically an MTV unplugged album recorded in the studio. i hope they all unite soon and return to glory.
