I like how it was funny but if your like me you own his Never Scared album it frustrated me that some of the stuff is on both albums. And The government hates rap and defending rap are the same things! Other than that i thought it was hilarious!

  • Take it for what it's worth

Chris Rock is Chris Rock......he'll always be sexist, racist, and damn funny as well. Anyone buying his albums expecting anything different will be disappointed. But what's wrong with him being himself. Like I said, take it for what it's worth....dirty, offensive, and funny as hell. P.S. If the material on this album sounds is. It's a "greatest hits" album. duh
  • Hated it

Bought it yesterday (used). Listened to it today; and taking it back tomorrow. It was stupid. Maybe it was funny a few years ago. MAYBE. Seeing as how it came out last year, that still would not have been funny then. I was sorely disappointed. Don't waste your money, you can't sell back an iTune

I really like Chris Rock - genius and strong - never cared too much for the angry comedian routine - but Rock's material is so strong I look past that - I caught a young comedian that opened for him - his name is Dezz White - I didn't expect much but found my self laughing as hard at Dezz as I did Chris Rock - it's like getting what you paid for PLUS - check out Dezz White on itunes and look for him on myspace.... one love
  • One of the Best

Though some of these comedy bits are over 10 years old, they are still hilarious. Chris Rock is unapologetic when tackling social, cultural, and ethnic taboos. But he is truly talented in the way he makes it so funny in a way everyone can relate. He is not PC and has a good time making fun of everyone and everything that is relevant at the time. He is truly one of the best and most successful comedians ever.

  • would the REAL Chris Rock Fans Please Speak Up?!?

    By Allen McDonald
Please Speak Up! Please Speak Up! I have COX cable. I saw the Chris Rock Special on a channel that is supposedly a network that shows comedy only. They "Bleeped" out a lot of stuff. I Pay for cable. If its legal for the cable company to destroy and artist work by bleeping it out then I guess we all should just bleep and never use what GOD gave us, language. That way anyone thinking they might be offended can fill in the bleeps and put that in their corn cob pipe and smoke it. As a matter of fact, we all should get cable for free if we pay for it and have to watch info-mercials and advertising. Aren’t the advertisers paying cable for us to watch it? That’s illegal isn’t it? That’s double blind billing, where you get billed but they tell you aren’t, so you think your not and pay them. Cable TV should be free. If I have to listen to beeps then I want to get paid by the cable on a "Per Beep" Basis! I guess I asking Chris Rock to be the national spokesman for cable customers world wide. I would be willing to volunteer for the position. Cable TV should be free, or pay us for watching it. I must believe that there is a Chris Rock fan somewhere with the power to help us all. I have sent numerous complaints to cable companies about paying them and having to watch commercials, and info-mercials. I know someone can start a cable TV company that has advertising and is free that way the advertisers would pay "BIG BUCKS" to get there commercial on TV and seen by millions. Let’s take the dot com revolution to a new level.
