Awakend Mind System

I listen to a different Jeffrey Thompson CD at least 4-5 times each week. The Awakened Mind CD is excellent during the middle of the day, and less effective in the evening before bed. On two lunch break periods during 2010, I was using the Awakened Mind CD and during the session came up with solutions to issues my team was facing at work. The sound frequency, along with the ambient tones, seemed to clear out the "junk" from my thoughts and allowed me to think more effectively and discover the solutions.
