This is great for me to relax with and also helps me focus. I love that it is one continuous sound (over an hour) of nothing but the water. There is no music or anything that will distract. This comes in handy when writing a paper, or long nights of studying. LOVE IT!!!

This is great for sleeping and blocking outside noise. I'm glad there is no distracting noises included on the track. I love the sound of water so its great for me!
