.."It Was December; 1962; That Was The Year That I Proposed To You!"..And we propose to cast our vote (once again!) for B.B. King as "The King Of The Blues!" Yes; People; B.B. King's 50th Album; "Six Silver Strings" is yet another "Musical Milestone" in the life & career of Indianola, Mississippi's favorite son; Mr. Rieley "The Beale Street Blues Boy" King! { We have seen B.B. playing his "Mistress Lucille" now so many times; Both "The Man" and his fantastic Band/Orchestra are so very worth the trip!} So; "Six Silver Strings" finds B.B. sitting down & singing more & playing his signature stinging sounds less; Well; It's still a substantial serving of Bluesy/Soulful/Funky/Gospel offerings! (Short and Sweet; But; Come On; He's Eighty+now!) "Big Boss Man; Can't You Hear Me When I Call?" Grimmbo.
