I may only be a teenager but you are one of my favorite characters in Daniel Boon and am a fan of your song "Son of a Travelin' Man". You are the best Sincerely, Nick K.

My first music love! This was the first album I ever owned, got it for Christmas. I was so excited I thought I would explode. This is pure, beautiful music with an incredible voice. Of course my second album was the Monkees. I still have diverse taste, I still love Ed Ames.

I have been a fan of Ed Ames since he was Mingo. Even saw him when he was in the Fantastics in Traverse City, Michigan a loonngg time ago. Thanks to the internet and grandkids I can again hear the music I spent my babysitting money on.Now I spend my soc.sec. on them.

Ed's rich, full voice is never weak and is versatile. He easily covers the lowest to surprisingly high notes. While "My Cup Runneth Over" is deservedly the most recognized song on this album, "Try to Remember", "Who Will Answer?", and "When the Snow is on the Roses" are excellent as well. (I'm partial to "Who Will Answer".)
