I saw Mr.de Leeuw last year at Lincoln Center with the Imani Winds doing the festival devoted to Gyorgi Ligeti. He and the Imanis were fantastic then, but this recording of him with the Schoenberg ensemble is exceptional. This album is a must for serious contemporary music lovers.
