I lived to see the Brothers Four at Pacific Lutheran University and University of Puget Sound in the 60's. Sold out crowds and timeless harmony with clean, creative lyrics. I am thankful to have lived during this time and seen in person one of the greatest performances ever given.

I wasn't born until 30 years after this was released and I like every song. I'm surprised no one else has heard about these guys. If I have, i'm sure anyone else can.

Anyone that grew up in the 60's may have listened to this album played in 33 or 45 form, and for that factor alone this album is worth the price of having it today. This was my introduction to folk music, and for some unknown reason it has stuck with me for the last 40 years. Why am I a sucker for the words, lyrics, and banjo music? Who knows. These guys were doing something right in the early 60's, and maybe that makes it right in 2008. Their messages are still singin true after all these years.
