Queen Bee! I always wonder whom wrote all these songs for this Album. You know Present Artists are always asked: whom inspired them. She has mentioned a Couple. Donna Summer is one of them. Donna wrote a “Country Song” over 40yrs ago in 1980: “Starting Over Again ” “Dolly Parton” recorded it & took it to #1. So in essence D.Summer was the first “Black Female Artist”to have a #1 song on the Country Charts. I think their was a “Special” & “Queen Beyonce” sang “Starting Over Again” in homage. Beyoncé acknowledges her. I wish Beyoncé would do “Songs from “The Great American Song Book”. Beyoncé has a beautiful voice. She should show that side also! She sang “The Way We Were” to “Streisand” at the Kennedy Ctr Honors! I was impressed!
