I read the reviews before I listened to the samples, so I expected to not like this album but I liked it. This is a nice album of R&B slow jams, and I really did not hate anything but if it were my decision to cut tracks to shorten the album I’d cut the last four tracks. The standout tracks for me were Pick up, It Belongs to You, Need Somebody, and Closer to God. Overall, this is a solid R&B with some nice collabs. I give The Love Album 3.5 stars but can’t do half stars.
