Lewis Capaldi’s second album takes everything that was good about his first album and doubles down on it. The songwriting alone, blew me away. His greatest gift to offer is his ability to pull the pain and raw emotion out of the listener and make them feel things they thought they had locked away. That’s exactly what GREAT ART should do to people. Make them feel. Absolutely beautiful.

It’s not Divinely again, but it’s still absolutely phenomenal. Songs like Pretender, Wish You the Best, and Burning really carry the album. If you’re a fan of Capaldi for his earlier work, you’ll probably find more than a few songs on here that you’ll love.
