I gave it 4 stars cuz there’s more songs I don’t like then I do like. I only listened to the album once so the more I listen to it I’m sure more songs will grow on me. Logic doin what logic does, and that’s dope beats and lyrical content. He hasn’t disappointed me yet and I don’t think he ever will. That track Orville is the one! No lie, played it back to back at least 8 times.

Why is this album so dam good I haven’t been able to stop playing it…it’s too good!!! And that’s logic.

Need vol 2.

I’m going to forget BT3 existed as it’s throwaway compared to Vinyl Days; this feels like the spiritual successor to No Pressure/Planetory Destruction, as he’s making the music he wants to make. Also helps that the features are stacked, illustrating the respect he has of his rap peers.

Logic definitely sounds better when he’s just having fun doing what he wants to do. The interludes and voice notes were a little too frequent, but they didn’t drag down the album too much.

It’s known that logics rhyme schemes are not great. Same old. That said he’s lucky to have an INSANE producer like 6ix. Dude is crazy talented and has a stellar ear for music.
