Don’t believe what the two negative reviewers had to say. Obviously they listen to the most upbeat Christmas spirited music in the world!!!! Congratulations to both of you! Norah’s tremendous talent is backed by Leon Michels, Dave Guy, Brian Blade, Nick Movshon, and Tony Scherr, who are some of the best musicians in music today. Breathing new life into Christmas classics as well as penning a few new ones of her own makes this album 100% worth checking out.

In true Norah Jones form, she takes the iconic and classic songs and puts her own bluegrass, sultry, jazzy sound- that belongs to Norah Jones alone- to them. With her raspy voice, and unique instrumental interpretations and creative renditions, this album is a nice change of pace from the same-ol’ same-ol’ Christmas music.

This is a very enjoyable record with Christmas standards, classic favorites and songs that reflect on what it’s like to share Christmas with just one other person. Not to mention the loneliness that can come with the season. Covering everything from Alvin and the Chipmunks to ‘Christmas Time Is Here’ from a Charlie Brown Christmas. This is a warm inviting album that can be listened to again and again.

Absolutely dismal. Surely does not put one in the Christmas spirit.
